"I was charged significantly higher amount for my car insurance for three months. Communication with Eugene, Zion and Alex at the office were not just fruitless, they were absolutely frustrating and it felt like these people instead of trying to resolve the issue enjoyed my frustration and verbally abused me. They also refused to allow me to speak to Ella Yelkin directly making up different reasons for refusal. The issue was resolved by Ella and it only required a day to do it ( I have been trying to resolve the issue from September, 2024 to March 2025 through incompetent agents)."

When you call to cancel it they tell you you'll lose your bundle discount ahahaha. The quoted price for the policy is not what is billed either. Stay away from this office. The lack of transparency regarding your policy here is concerning."

"Customer service is a joke do not come to this office they are scammers, they add a name, a name who is not living at that address, and they charge 400$ more monthly which is ridiculous and employees told me to move to different state and remove that name from that address that’s crazy"
