"I was just going to leave this at one star but now that an agent has called me back on my personal phone number asking me to take this review off I will explain. I walked in to this office with a reference from a friend, when I sat down with agent I felt that I was being brushed off and within 5 minutes he gave me a auto quote that was higher than the one I have. After leaving one star review he calls me on my personal phone number and starts explaining me what should have been explained to me when we sat down. I am now also worried that this agent accessed my information without my presence and somehow got my cell phone number when I never gave him any contact info, besides my driver liscence. I really hope my info gets deleted from their system because I do not allow random people going through my personal information without consent."

"I guarantee you are going to waste your time, working with this State farm office. No accountability or support. Front desk picks up my call at four forty five pm tells me she's going to help me has me wait 10 mintues then forwards me to an automated voice messaging system. Gives me no clear indication or verbal hint that she's going to do that. I've had State Farm for over 10 years. I've never had such immature representatives."

"Good people, when you call you will never get the person name you are speaking. If they have no answer or have nothing to say, because you right, they will say: I will call you back. And you can wait until you will retired . Any discounts to your car insurance will be never offered but this people very good with fraud discount program like " Drive safe & save " , you will never get this discount from State Farm Comp. but the program will show up how much money you MUST get in your account."

"They scam customers too much be aware for the guys named Alex and Daniel they make up excuses to why your policy was canceled and when I call the state farm official office to contact them they get scared and give the full explanation. They will take your money for no reason and give bad excuses."

"This is the second time this office slapped on a renters policy for either myself or a family member that was never asked for. When you call to cancel it they tell you you'll lose your bundle discount ahahaha. The quoted price for the policy is not what is billed either. Stay away from this office who likes to pray on non english speakers who don't know better. The lack of transparency about your policy here is concerning."
